Happy Dappy Mother's Dayee

SO. Mother's Day. Hearts and flowers. Ok, technically, Mother's Day is tomorrow, so that's when I'm gonna give Mum her gift. Nope, I'm not going to tell you what it's gonna be. Such things must be kept secret until the morrow approaches.
Well anyway, today (Sunday) we spent Mother's Day in Eastwood City. We had lunch in Yellow Cab, and then had Cookie Crumble Fraps in Starbucks. Yuuuuuuhhhhmmmmmyyyyy.
Happy Mother's Day mothers! And most of all to my very special Mom, Marmee Janet. I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! Thanks for being the best mother in the whole wide world! <3

This is a blog. No, seriously, this is a blog.

So, I haven't been blogging lately, but reading Maximum Ride reminded me that I had such a thing as a blog account. Except, of course, Fang had over 200 million followers, while I have... Four. Pretty liddle, but it'll grow, it'll grow... eventually. In, like, a hundred years, when I'm old and famous. I mean, think about it, when kids a hundred years from now do research on me, it'll be easy to pick out my basic living out of the debris of blogs. Haha, you're probably thinking that I'm really full of myself, but hey, one has to be prepared for all aspects of life. :P

How to speak German....

I and my groupmates created a script for a play, and I'm supposed to be German. I researched a bit and found out that:
1) "d" is "t"
2) "th" is either "t" (for a sharp "th") or "z" (for a soft "th").
3) "w" is "v"
4) "v" is "f"
5) speak deep in the throat and your "d's" and "r's" will take care of themselves.
I'm finding that it's not that hard after all! ^_^

I'm So Excited!

I'm so excited about what's about to happen in my story! Some people say that to write a good story, the basic outline should be set out before the actually writing. But with me and my sister, we just write what comes to our heads, and think of beginnings, plots, and endings afterwards! I prefer it like that because you can get surprised too. It's like reading your own story, the only difference is that you're the one writing the ending. And now I'm excited at how my characters will develop throughout the books!!! ^_^

Update

I'm writing with my left hand. It's pretty hard, but I'll have to survive like this for four weeks. Yes, FOUR WEEKS. That's practically a month. The reason? I caught a soccer ball wrong (I'm the goalie), and got a fracture for my pains. And now I need to have a cast. Yes, a cast. Everyone asks me if I'm worried, and I say that everyone but me is. And that is the whole truth. Other people sympathize and then try to reserve a place to sign. I decided to save half the arm for friends, and the other arm for family and family-like friends. That's all.

Sing Sing Violin

Being homeschooled, I have lots of time on my hands. And since I've used up my store of waiting books (Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr, and The Titan's Curse), I decided to try the violin by learning Twinkle Twinkle Little Star online. I found a very helpful YouTube video where the dude taught really clearly. After a while, I could play Twinkle Twinkle with, ahem, sort of strained ease. After that, I thought I could play the world!!! Sadly, that theory soon turned to dust as I sought out to learn Christmas songs ahead of time. Right now I'm looking for new songs to play on the violin. And how I hope I can find them. Anyways, that's what's taking my time up, and I must end this blog, 'cause I gotta look for songs!!! Cheerio!

March 28, feelings, and Summer

Well, school's over and my summer has begun. I'm not sure on how I feel. I'll actually miss school. It'd be nice to go to school and learn lots of stuff without having tests about them. I mean, I'll just forget the uninteresting things after I take the test and remember only the things that struck me as interesting. Anyway, I would just like to reflect on my first year in a conventional school and High School. It was fun, depressing, awesome, and just like people said High School would be like. It gave me hope, challenges, laughter, tears, and also a chance to get closer to God.
I'd like to thank my best friends there too. If you're reading this, you know who you are. School taught me this: Best friends come in three different ways. Either you consider them as a best friend, but they don't consider you as a best friend, or they consider you as their best friend, but you don't consider them as your best friend, or you both consider each other as best friends. I have experienced all three.
Ok, summer. What will I do??? Of course, there will be times when I get to see my classmates, like in Thirdy R.'s resort. But what about my friends in Grades 5, 6, and 7? I dunno. Facebook, I suppose.
Right. A plan. I need it. Right now, I am cleaning my room and have decided to take a break. When I'm done, I'll do computer and write. Is that how my whole summer will go?!? I suppose so, except in May, where I'll spend three weeks in Cagayan De Oro.
Anyway, like Watson's doctor said, blogging about everything that happens in my life will help. I wonder if that's true. I can try it. But there's also that fact that Watson was from the army, was shot, and lived all alone on an army pension. And I have not experienced, and most certainly do not want to experience, any of those. Oh, well. :D
Ok, I suppose I must go now. So long, peops. :D
